Frame Only.
2710R and 2711R tops made with original style Hand-Rolled Binding,
brushes at rear quarters, and
black extrusion sewn around Green plastic window. (No zipper window.)
2711R Tops made with sleeve between first and second bows to hold
factory steel rod.
Original style black metal front retainer included in box with
27108 and 2711 R tops.
CAUTION: Check top straps before beginning installation. If top
frame straps wear out,
top will no longer fold correctly, and cuts or holes can occur
when the top is raised or lowered.
Service Bulletin 54 05 93 has been issued by BMW advising that
holes can
develop at the right rear quarters 1987-93 BMW E 30 tops, because
the
single top motor located on the passenger side pulls the top down
too tightly when the top is lowered. Top frame components and
the
hard boot cover can also snag or pinch the top. Robbins cannot
be held
responsible for damage to our products caused by problems described
above.
271ONR 1987-93 Same top as 2710R above, no front metal
retainer in box.
2711NR 1991-93
Same top as 2711R above, no front metal retainer in box.
CAUTION:
Check tap straps before beginning installation.

at quarters.
2713C --1996-97 BMW 3281, 3181 Model E-36 NO Relief Patch.
2712C and 2713C tops made with Cloth Binding and original style
black extrusion sewn
around green plastic window. (NO Zipper Window.) Use neoprene
adhesive to install. (Original
plastic components and tape not supplied.) Fits with reusable
metal front retainer. Headliner not supplied.
Original Topping for 2712C: Black, Mauve (Blue), English Green,
Grenadine, Teal,
Gray Haartz Twillfast Cloth with Black backing.
2750C --1996-On
BMW Z-3 Roadster, A.S.C. Made
with original style vertical relief pockets at rear quarters,
matching cloth binding, topstitched seams, and black extrusion
sewn around green plastic
window. Check Manufacturing Date: Frame changed in April 28, 1997
to accommodate gas
struts in manual frame models, and power top frame system. Frame
may have to be modified to
install top for models produced in 1996 and before April 28,1997.
(No Zipper Window.)

holes developing in tops,
and severe creasing of plastic windows can occur due to the design
of the top frame assembly,
body components and top. Robbins cannot be held responsible
